I race for Canada internationally and represent the province of Ontario when racing domestically. I am originally from Wroxeter, Ontario, but now live and train in the beautiful mountain town of Canmore, Alberta. My journey in the Nordic sports began eight years ago when I learned how to ski at age 14, and I fell in love with the sport of biathlon only five years ago when I first started shooting in my last year of high school. The challenge of the two totally different sports—cross-country skiing and rifle marksmanship—appealed to me greatly, and I've been chasing my dream of winning medals for Canada at the Olympics ever since.
