Process & Deadline:
  • All entries and payments must be processed through Zone4 - Sign Up
  • Trail Fees: All athletes and coaches on skis MUST have a valid day ticket or season pass while racing and during Official Training. For ease, discounted day tickets for the official training and race days are available on Zone4 at $7.50 per ticket /per day. Purchased day tickets are to be picked up at the race office in Meeting Room A of the day lodge.
    For those with a Canmore Nordic Centre season pass you will be asked to provide your pass number when you register for your races under Zone4.
    The fine for skiing without a pass is $172.00. 

  • All race registrations must be processed prior to:
    23:59 PM MST, Wednesday, March 30, 2016.
  • NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED after 23:59 PM MST, Wednesday, March 30
Race Office: The Race Office will be located at the Canmore Nordic Centre (specific room TBA). The Race Office will be open between 7:30am until after the races & awards have been completed each day.


Licence Requirements:
  • Race Licence requirements are as per Cross Country Alberta and Cross Country Canada directives.
  • All competitors born in 2001 (juvenile) and older must have a valid CCC or FIS licence. Competitors must provide their CCC race licence number when they register. 
  • Midget and younger must be a member of a CCA registered club, but do not require a licence.
  • Athletes in categories requiring a licence that, at the time of registration, are without a CCC licence, must purchase a CCC supporting member licence (day license) for each day of racing.  This can be purchased at the time of online registration for a fee of $5.00/day.
  • Younger athletes (Midget and younger) that, at the time of registration, are without a valid club membership, must purchase a CCC supporting member licence (day license) for each day of racing.  This can be purchased at the time of online registration for a fee of $5.00/day.

Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk:
  • Athletes 18 years of age and older can agree to the CCC Informed Consent and Acknowledgement of Risk Agreement when they register online.
  • Athletes younger than 18 years of age must have a CCC Informed Consent and Acknowledgement of Risk Agreement signed by a parent or guardian.
