At the NorAm/Calforex Cup races this last weekend, Rocky Mountain Racers earned their way to the podium 12 times. All our biathletes put in great races and the full RMR results are listed below.
This awesome Canmore gym has generously opened it’s doors to a pack of unruly skiers during the blizzard that struck Canmore. Ignoring loud groaning from our corner as we struggle through split jumps, pullups, inverted dips, side jumps, explosive pushups and every other manner of painful plyometrics that our coach came up with in with their awesome toys. Thanks!
